If you wish to return your sunglasses, simply email us at email@example.com to request an RMA#. Write this number on your shipping box. A return sent without this number will be refused. The product must be unused and returned in its’ original condition with all its original hang tags and poly bags. The customer is responsible for the shipping charge to return the item to us. We are not responsible for the package until it arrives at our wharehouse, and so we recommend you send it with a tracking number to insure your package. Once we receive your package we will refund your total order price. This includes any shipping charge that you may have paid in your original order.
