To properly maintain your sheepskin pelt you can occasionally brush it with a pet brush and vacuum it off. In the event that your rug is stain, we would recommend that you take it to a dry cleaner specializing in leather for proper cleaning. The sheepskin pelts can be carefully washed in a washing machine, in cold water on a delicate cycle using a mild detergent designed for sheepskin.  Let air dry in the shade.
